Blount vs. Locksmith Craig: I was retained by the plaintiffs .. the defendant entered the Lockheed factory and shot to death thirteen employees and wounded several others.
Evaluation of "John Smith" .. I assessed the risk of violence in a student enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology
Jones vs. The Lyndhurst School System et al ..I was retained by the defense attorney .. Mr. Jones claimed emotional damages from "harassment" by the administration at Lyndhurst High School. This case was significant because it involved MALINGERING.
Smith, Jones, and Doe vs. Roe, Wade and a psychiatric hospital.- A Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and his associate prescribed bupernorphine (Suboxone), an opiate, for the treatment of refractory depression with the allegation that at least three of the plaintiffs became heroin addicts. I was retained by the plaintiffs.
Residents of Laurel Section of Hartly Township and Employees vs. Krystal Shamrock- I was retained by the defense in a class action suit involving 88 plaintiffs who claimed psychiatric damages as a result of exposure to "agent orange" made by Krystal Shamrock for use as a defoliant during the War in Vietnam.
Named "Top Doc" by New Jersey Magazine .. Chosen by other licensed New Jersey physicians as a psychiatrist they would consult for themselves and/or family members (only five psychiatrists were honored and I was the only forensic psychiatrist), 2007
